Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients

Cooked rice
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 small box frozen broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp salt
grated cheddar cheese

Preparation Instructions

Mix all together, adding butter and cheese to hot rice to melt. Bake in greased casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
