Ingredients
1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 tsp salt (opt)
Preparation Instructions
In a heavy saucepan, combine chocolate chips and butter, melt over low heat. Gradually stir in milk and sugar and bring mixture to a boil. Boil for 8 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt. Serve over ice cream, desserts, etc. Can store in refrigerator for many weeks. Just reheat in microwave to serve warm. Its a thick and rich fudge sauce. Quality is as good as store bought if not better!!!

Ingredients
1 lg. onion
1 garlic clove
2 lb. green peppers
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. bacon
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lg can tomato puree
1 Tblspn olive oil
salt & pepper
1 Tsp sugar. Preparation Instructions
Cut onions, garlic
and green pepper into small pieces. Simmer in pot till done. Cut up bacon
and sausage. Fry in pan till brown. Then put into pan with other
ingredients. Add tomato puree. Fill empty puree can with water and add to
pan. Combine olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar. Add to pan and cook
until thick.
