Ingredients
1 ½ Pounds Hamburger
2 Cans Tomato Paste
2 Cans Tomato Puree
1 Green Pepper Chopped
1 Medium Onion Chopped
3 Cloves Chopped Garlic
1 Small Bottle of Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Preparation Instructions
Brown meat in olive oil. When slightly brown, push to one side and cook pepper, onions and garlic in the grease until transparent. Add liquids, plus three puree cans of water. Add sugar, salt and pepper. Cook for five or six hours. Serves six to eight.
