Ingredients

1 (3 oz) pkg Lime Jello
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Boiling Water
1/3 c. Lime Juice
1 T. + 1/2 tsp grated lime rind
1 qt Milk

Preparation Instructions

Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well and let cool. Add milk, mixing well. Pour into freezer of 1 gallon ice cream freezer and freeze according to instructions.
