Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients
1 Jar (18 oz.) Jif Peanut Butter
1 Stick Melted Butter or Margarine
1 lb. Powdered Sugar
Plastic peanut butter cup mold
Chocolate melts Preparation Instructions
Mix peanut butter and melted butter together with a spoon. Add powdered
sugar and knead with hands until smooth. This mixture can be rolled into a
ball and dipped in chocolate or used for centers in a mold. To make peanut
butter cups, put a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of the
mold. With small brush, "paint" the chocolate up sides of mold. Add small
amount of peanut butter mix, paint on chocolate top. Place in freezer for
about 5 minutes, then turn mold over and tap finished candy onto wax
paper.
