Name Gen is a small utility which randomly generates a name from a
database of first names and surnames. Originally it was created to help
protect against those moments of writers block when you suddenly find
yourself unable to think of a name. However in development I found it
strangely addictive, and found myself sitting there trying to produce
strange names, or famous people. It sounds absolutely boring and
completely useless but it has the strange ability to actually engross
you in something simple! |
